Online Programming
Get your workout in when and where it works best for you. Online Programming through Royal Barbell gives you a detailed three to five day workout split that helps you accomplish your goals when it is most convenient. Your program is customized by our certified coaches based on your PR percentages to help you achieve your goals.
You’ll record and submit your workout to your trainer who will analyze and provide electronic feedback weekly.
